CallMom.com is a paid human listening and emotional support service that connects callers with warm, real human listeners ("Moms") for:

CallMom.com expressly disclaims liability for outcomes in emergency situations. By using our service, you acknowledge we are not an emergency service and accept responsibility for seeking appropriate emergency help when needed.
A one-time fee of $10.00 USD is charged per call before connecting with a Mom listener. Payment is collected securely via Stripe.
Payments are non-refundable once a call has connected. If you were charged due to a technical error and did not reach a listener, contact hello@callmomhi.com within 7 days for a review.
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processor. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Transferring to the 988 Crisis Lifeline (Press 2) is always completely free of charge.

Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and safety. Where required by law, you will be notified before recording. Continuing the call constitutes consent.
CallMom.com does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Call records are retained for up to 90 days. To request deletion of your data, email hello@callmomhi.com.
Use of CallMom.com does not create a therapist-patient or any other licensed professional relationship. Conversations are not legally confidential in the way licensed therapy sessions are.
We make no guarantees about outcomes, listener availability at any given time, or suitability of the service for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallMom.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific call giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify CallMom.com from any claims or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.
These Terms are governed by United States law. Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules. You waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against CallMom.com.
